I purchase some grocery item of rs.4800 from HUKAM CHAND RAM NIWAS at mehrauli new delhi 110030. main market near subzi mandi. But when i demand for bill of which i purchased he get refused to give me the bill and said " lena hai to lo varna hamare paas koi bill nahi hota " After that i said to him You never give bill to any other customer such a huge amount of sale . He said " nahi.. Jyada samajdar mat bano aage hoja yaha se jo karna hai kar liyo" . He used very cheep language. First he do Tax Chori and not apologized for it. Our government of india said must take bill of all item you purchased , on the other hand shopkeeper openly refused it with bad behavior . so request to you that must take action against this " hukam chand ram niwas " shopkeeper. Thank you.
