Myntra - They're not accepting Return/exchange

They have given me a used Fort Collins jacket, which only God knows if its a genuine product or a fake one, now not taking it back .. the jacket has ink marks n they are blaming it on me .. I haven't removed any single tag off the jacket ... Need help please they are looting me about 2100rs.
Please help me to get my money back and make them take their shitty jacket out of my face..
