Dear Sir,
Regarding Complaint of My Car
this is to inform you that on 24th of Dec 2020, I hand over my personal Car (Baleno PB 91 G 1369) at Nexa show room Dholewal (Sandhu Automobiles Ludhiana Punjab) for some Denting & painting work. But after next 2-3 days I receive the phone for the service of the Car also. First I deny because my car was running only 17229 KM & my service was due on 20000 Kilometers. Then again I got the phone for service & this time i agreed to do the service of my car. On 3rd of the Jan 2021, I received the Car & on driving the car I find that cluster warning was showing on my car screen. I informed same to the service provider Mr. Vikas Jain so many times & But after 2-3days of investigation with my car, he informed me that one of your engine part (Catalytic Convertor) has been thefted. Now he advised me to get the FIR number from the Police station for the replacement of the same. So from last two days I am very disappointed & shocked from what happened & I find situation very irritating.
This was not expected for me that this type of service will occur in the Company authorized service center. I truly believe that this not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with the Valuable Customer. So please look into the matter & do the need full as soon as possible.
