Address update not done correcly

I am consumer no.7202462891. I have bought my flat in kharar and asked the office to update my address. But they did not update address correctly. Following that I submitted my registery copy three times. Even then
My address is not updated and your office person said they do not need to correct address,as they are delivering cylinder. But whenever a correction is required it should be followed. The updated information has to correct. I visited your office 4 times i am being tortured to give copies of registery again and again in the past 4 months but the address is not correct your personnel denied the corrections and asked me to change service provider which is very humiliating. Also every time gas quantity is less about 1.5 kg
