Dear Sir,

I am the owner of Maruti Suzuki Ritz.

Sir, Water goes inside my car. when i approached to the authorised service center RANA MOTORS GURGAON. The service center was not able to find out the reasons for water logging in the car.

On the other hand they were asking me to pay Rs. 2,500 to clean the water by removing carpet and cleaning.

I am very dis-satisfied with the company product and don't want to hold it amymore.
