I had buy an leather jacket men's last year from Zara outlet Pacific mall delhi .... its of grey colour and the time this year when I took out winter stuffs the inner fabric print got out on outer layer of leather ... I m non resident of delhi so could not make visit to store .. I try to contact at online app but they replied I m there for online app purchase complaints not for store puchase related complaints ... that's y putting complaint in consumer section ...
