Complaint airtel not refund securuity deposit (insted of cash mobile recharged)

Dear sir,
I was in haryana and using the number 9896677273 postpaid. Due to transfer I have ported this number to Airtel rajasthan. My security money Rs. 500 not refunded I have given them my account no and a written email. Later on insted of refund my money the have charged my mobile with remaning amount of bill adjustment without asking me or without any preior information or my approval.
I have wrote them many time to refund my money and take back recharged amount, but Airtel authourity is not listning it.
