Poor Quality delivered & poor management from the dealer

Hello,

This is with regards to the recent purchase of 1/2 kg Truffle cake from Monginis Sagbaug Branch, Neha enterprise having GST No - 27BIOPM5355F1ZX.

The cake was purchased on 21st of May at 9.34pm and while purchasing the owner Kamlesh informed to keep the cake in the fridge and said that the durability of the cake is for 2 days.

I followed his instructions and did the same, so on the next day i.e. on 22nd May I removed the cake from the fridge half an hour before consumption and when opened the case, the cake was in a bad melted condition, I went to the shop and showed the same to which the owner rudely replied that the cake won't be replaced nor will he refund the amount.

He asked me to fill the customer feedback form ( which was not of their branch ) & said that he'll be forwarding the same to the customer support, but I really don't have that trust left with that branch and so I'm personally writing this to you now.

I have attached the necessary evidence for your reference, request you to kindly look into this issue seriously and revert with an positive response.

Also would like to convey that the response and complaint handling was very poor by the owner. I really didn't expected from a big brand like Monginis.


Note: The cake is kept in the shop itself as the owner said that he'll be needing it to send it to the customer support.
