encroachment & illigal altration in townplaning plan .

My self GangadharS.patil & MRS kusum G. patil send two & three reminder to KDMC & B WARD OFFICER to remove the illigal encroachment & unauthorised structure create by upper floor 603 A Smt Manda Ghanavat,on dt 27/01/21.Which was in my open terace as per approved plan i was purchased.all of sudden SMT Manda Ghanavat extented his passage gallary in my open terace.Which illigal not permited by society also,I request to forum KDMC why not KDMC taking the action against the rule & law breakers.
