I VISITED LITTILE ITALY ON 23RD DECEMBER 2020. AND ORDERED SOME FOOD AN BEVERAGES. BILL NO. LIB20003065 DATED 23.12.2020.
1. BOTTLED WATER WAS CHARGED MORE THAN MRP. THE MRP ON THE BOTTLE IS 19 RS WHERE AS THEY CARGED 65 RS.
2. THEY LEVIED SERCIVE CHARGE OF 5 % AND ON COMPLAINING THEY GAVE DISCOUNT EQUIVALENT OF SERVICE CHARGE. WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
