Fake OLX mobile phone fraud

I had a contact with a dealer named Sanjay singh
He sold his phone (IphoneX) to me at 25000
I paid him total Amt via phonepe
He told they have separate military courier services and the phone will arrive overnight
Next day courier service guy calls me nd tells that you will need to pay 11999 for security insurance
I paid him 12000₹ and then he said it’s a wrong entry again pay 11999 and we will refund all 23998
I paid 11999
Then he said there is one correct and one wrong entry
So pay both correct entries and you will get 47998 as your refund

Once I rejected to pay this amt he start to threatening me by saying the name of Indian Army

In total I lost my ₹48000
