Complaint for loss of money in E-commerce site

I had ordered few items from an e-commerce site summermela.in worth Rs.1542 on March 2,2021.
I received order confirmation message from them but after that there is no update from them.
Neither the order is delivered nor any response to my email.
Still waiting for order to be delivered.
Also there is no customer service number mentioned on the site.

I feel I have been cheated and it's a fraud fake site.

Kindly take action against the fraudsters and help me get the refund.
