    Hi recently I have purchased the smart of company vapor KW 77 watch by seeing advertising on Facebook and it was selling through zookr online website. I received the product which was damaged and more importantly not the same I have ordered vapor KW 77. Also many functions was not working in that product infarct its faulty piece they have handed over. After writing in mail to help@zookr.in they are refusing to refund and replace as it's not in their policy but everything was their for the mentioned products. I have been victim of froud please help. Mob 9870478154
