Pepperfry has delivered a defective and incomplete item. I had ordered a Swing for 21999 and it was delivered defective and incomplete. The wood is broken and they had provided wrong hooks for the swing.
Despite having raised a complaint and taking to the customer support everyday , they have just been telling that the merchant is not responding. I had raised for a refund but looks like they are attempting to replace the item , yet the Merchant is not responding.
