Vlcc took money but no service commitment

I have made a payment of INR 59,000 at VLCC Kamanhalli, Bangalore on 29 November. The executive rushed me to make the payment stating that discount will not be available next month. I have been following up for the service paid for - HIFU - but now am told that the machine is not in working condition. I am not in a position to leave half a lakh captive with them, with no confirmation on the date of service. They are now suggesting to wait till next month as I am traveling in December. As the delay is entirely on their side, i have requested a refund. However they are not committing on the same. I am requesting my money back. The payment should not have been taken when they were not in position deliver the service with faulty machine. Kindly support in getting the refund.
