Poor customer service

Dear sir,
I'm Saravanan and my spouse mobile Mi note 5 pro display got damaged accidentally and approached Sangeetha mobile at dabaspet - Bangalore -562111 brach on Friday (04/02/2022) branch manager said that he will take that mobile for service and asked me to pay for 2,800 for service charge and I payed by phonepe (Screenshot I have enclosed with this email) & manager said that, he will handover the mobile on Saturday, but he didn't not. Later I asked Monday he said that Tuesday and I approached him today, he is talking badly and not returning my Mobile phone as well as money too. I am very scared about his behaviour. I am kindly requesting to please handover my mobile as well as money. I never expected that Sangeetha mobiles providing such kind of bad customer service. Many time I tried to inform by call however no response from that so that I wrote this email.

I'm very sorry to say that customer service and customer response with respect is very poor at dabaspet store.
