Penalty on sign mismatch on cheque.

Respected Sir,

I have owed a loan from Shri Ram City Finance 212/1, Shivaji Chowk Nanak Nagar, Near J&K Bank Atm.. Jammu – 180004. Ph : 0191- 2459811 I have paid my 12 installment regularly. But two of my cheque has been bounced due to non matching of my sign and the concerned company has imposed a fine of Rs. 500/- on each bounced cheque.I begged the concerned agency on first bounce of cheque that sir you have imposed un genuine penalty and I ready to pay hundred or two but they denied. Dear sir it is my hard earned money which pains me more when wasted un-necessary. I am a simple common man working as security agency and earning Rs. 6500/- pm.

now sir I request your goodself to kindly intervene and do favourable to get back my money.
