Over charging on MRP price by Liquor Shop.

Hello All, My name is Shamsheer SIngh and I am from Jammu. In Jammu all wine shop owners are over charging and when we ask them the reason why they over charge they say this is how it works buy it or leave it. And this is the story with each wine shop no one is selling liquor on price. If you need i can share some videos of these shops and how their employees threat when we ask them to take MRP on each liquor item. Please help
