Good Morning,
I hope you are doing great. Sorry for saying my bad experience. Yesterday I bought a Samsung led TV 43 inch. I got a call from Samsung office, they ask my details for install the Tv and yesterday I got a message and mentioned installation staff contact number also. Therefore today morning I call the installation staff(muhamed Ajmal), he replyed me, he can't come. Call our office ask someone else.

Is it your company policy, is it your company customer dealing, is it your company history. I was Samsung customer since 21 years. I was very satisfied about your company. But now, really sad and irritated.

My name Junais. My product number 4301 479 906. I buy this TV from perinthlmanna gopu nanthilathu shop.

I hope you will take action regarding this bad experience kindly arrange it today ASAP.
