Placed order for online purchase of medicine. Bill raised as per prescription for Rs. 3160.64 on 9.12.2016 . Online payment made for the full amount. They supplied medicine for Rs. 2675.19. but the difference amount refunded only after I took up the matter continuously. As per their policy at that time I am eligible for 20% disc. (as the purchase is more than 2500/- )+ 5% cash back for prepayment. but they gave credit of 10% only. I continuously followed up the case then they informed that 5% amount will be credited in the e-wallet which can be used for purchase of medicine only. Since the dealing of the party is found to be not acceptable because of their not adhering to their own assurances, I opted to be away from them. Requested to refund the amount credited in e-wallet, but refused. I ordered for medicines which was not available with them. Again requested to refund the money but they refused again and again.
Since the dealing of this company seems to be against the law of the land, I don’t want to continue with them and 15% discount which was admissible to me may be got refunded in my bank account .
