I buy mi pad from mi store with mi protection plan of invoice no 1453697899756929205 dated 25 Jan 2016 , order no 5160125145000173.
My Relationship no 751708
Mobile no 9958013175
Mi protection team activate my plan according to information provided by mi store.
Now my touch pad damage and I want a to claim but these people not accept my request because of wrong entry of serial number of my mi pad.
I am providing you the invoice slip attached
Mi protection team and mi store both are cheating and harassing me.

I provided all things including my serial number of mi pad but due to mistake of mi protection team and mi store information I suffere.
