Non refund of items after return

I have purchased 05 (five) nos. of sarees from M/s. Aaina Creations, Kolkata out of which 03 (three) nos. I have returned because of quality issues . Now the supplier is not able to provide good quality product against my return and he is saying that we can not refund your money, you to purchase product in exchange. Kindly help me to get back my money.
