Manufacturing defect shoe receive

I have buy a shoe in Dumka city by a shop but when I use this I feel the shoe is not in proper shape and right side leg shoe crear problem when I walk but when I have complaint to shop keeper they said I am not responsible for it and I can't do any help in this case, I feel cheated I am say to company why you sale a defective pice in market and cheat your costumer please refund my product or check my product.
