My myntra Order No is 1074964-3473503-9918903 which was placed on Saturday, April 7, 2018 and contained multiple items. One of them was an 'Arrow New York Men White Printed Polo T-shirt'. The parcel was delivered to my office address on April 12, 2018 & I was on outstation official tour that time. When I come back to my office on April 16, 2018 & opened it I observed one t-shirt out of 3 items is perfectly ok in all aspects, one of them having fitting problem and I have raised a return request & the 3rd one is observed too dirty, a lot of mud spots/patches, and the t-shirt looking used one, I was raised a return request immediately. I submitted the return request in the category of defective product received along with the detailed issue. Next day the pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that this is the problem in that t-shirt to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the defective one and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval e-mail from warehouse which he haven't received yet. He asked me to speak the myntra customer care & raised a complaint immediately. I did the same. I spoke to Mr. Abhishek, Ms. Lata in supervisor level, but they all denied accepting the return request. I was requested to show me their quality check reports & the images of the t shirt they captured at the time of dispatch, but they denied showing me the same. And they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after quality check. If that's so then how come i received the defective product? And now they've rejected my request to return my product. I placed the return request for the second time hoping for the different response or better support from them but same response and they rejected my request again. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return.
I want the product to be returned and my money refunded.
