No proper response,only data compilation

I visited Samsung's service center (Aarti Bhawan,behind Lic office)just now for j6+screen replacement. They made me wait unnecessarily.Post approaching, one of the employee just compiled the data, did some show off as if he was working, then replied that that would take more than a
a week.So ridiculous, totally wasteful visit, no respect of time.
