Non delivery of purchased items satvacart.com on PREPAID order made online

Both on the app & on your website it's never clearly indicated what items are available.
Can you rectify the situation, as on all my orders that are prepaid, invariably a few items are missing.
Receiving a refund is just not good enough !!
Undelivered items in order as above: Minute Maid Pulpy Orange × 10 - Rs 200.
I don't shop on Satvacart.com to return to claim refund of money paid in advance!
Either have the goods listed in ready stock for supply or do not list the items.
I'll seriously have to reconsider ordering further if you don't rectify the glitches, inconveniencing customers.
Please ensure prompt refund of money paid.
