Micromax Mobile company doing cheating

I have purchased micromax mobile model Q339 on 2nd Janauary 2016 from the first day mobile is not working properly call was disconnected automatically after one minute I have visited haldwani service centre but they are unable to repair the handset after that I have submitted handset to Haldwani service centre on 27th Feb 2016. I have called so many times for my handset but they make every time excuses that this handset cant be repaired we will provide you new handset. On 1st April 2016 I have personally visited haldwani service centre than the are trying to cheat me by providing a used handset which was broken and damaged of different model from which I have purchased and given to repair and there executive also misbehaved with me in front of CCTV camera and many other customers from that day I am calling there customer care but still they are not giving any response to me please help me.
