I purchased a mi redmi note3 from amazon on 11/05/2016 and started using 15 days after purchase. I found the receiver is unable to hear me so went to their service center in vashi,Navi Mumbai. They changed the mic. But problem was the same again so opt for their pic n drop service. Company's person picked the phone on 17 june and still I haven't received any feedback or confirmation from the company. What to do? Please help.
