Sir I am Shubham Gupta my bank account in ICICI bank using from 2005, ICICI bank charged me dabit card 573.85/- for coral card but i was stop this card 2 mths before april 2016 renewal so i applied free card by icici bank costumer care so now using free icici bank dabit card april 2016 but 28th june 2016 dabit 573.85/- from my account i complaint many times in icici bank costumer care but always holding & waiting call 30-40 mins but i complaint 1 executive told me caredited within 3 days but now left 1 week didnt credited i send mail chanda.kochhar@icicibank.com,

but didnt get my money, i lost my more money calling in icici bank Costumer care always waiting & holding... its very bad service so now i will get money or not... please help me...
