    Order not being executed nor amount refunded by A S Chauhan:

    Dear Sir,

    I have placed an order on M/s Jaldifatafat on 08.052020 for "2 x Crompton Super briz deco High
    Speed Ceiling Fan 4 Pcs 1200 mm 3
    Blade Ceiling Fan (Smoked Brown,
    Pack of 4)" vide their order No.963974711 for Rs. 10800.00.Payment was made online through netbanking. They have confirmed the order vide their email dated 08.05.2020. Even after waiting for more than 12 days no delivery was done. Hence I gave an email for cancellation of order and refund my amount. They are not replying to my email nor refunding the amount. On their customer care Mobile No.9369723323 they replied that We will call you back after checking the status but they have not given any status and now their mobile is switched off.

    I request you to take up the matter with M/s Fatafat for refund my amount.
