I have opted a 6months plan and paid the full amount On 07.09.2019.
And from the last one week I am facing connectivity issues very frequently. I have complained this to the authority multiple times but the problem has not been resolved.
They not refund money.

    Excitel has taken Rs 2000 as three months prepaid broadband connection but the internet has either no connectivity or frequent disconnections and excitel is not ready to fix it or refund the amount. I have complaint multiple times but to no avail
