i bought mobile phone. it has some display problem so i give it back to seller for replacement. the other mobile which i get is also having same problem now i want to take my money back but seller saying u will get money but the cost of vat will deducted
mobile price was 8100
they are reducing vat cost is 800 rs is the vat cost should be reduce or not?
