I had booked rakhi and one small box of chocolate online to send to Mr. Prerit Mathur at Switzerland vide order no 1848939 on 29th July 2019, and selected to dispatch by 4th of Aug 2019. I had paid the required amount using netbanking. But on tracking it still showes as "Package dispatched". But it is not delivered yet at the expected address. As the festival is over, but item is still undelivered.
