I had booked my ticket from Redbus site of BSRTC for the journey New Delhi-Muzaffarpur ,the lack of exact information regarding the boarding point ,wrong information regarding leaving time and irresponsible attitude of BSRTC made me miss the bus .Now both of them are declining for the refund which is commendable.
