I had booked rakhi and chocolates online to send to Mr. Prerit Mathur at Switzerland vide order no 1848939 on 29th July 2019, and selected to dispatch by 4th of Aug 2019. I had paid the required amount using netbanking. But on tracking it still showes as "Package dispatched". But it is not delivered yet at the expected address. As the festival is over, but the status is still same. On writing now to the reason of delay and to refund my money, the are not answering any thing.

I want to mentioned here that the igp company has refund my full amount i.e. the item cost and the delivery charged. So I want to close this complaint.
But I want to remind the igp company to deliver items to its destination in time, otherwise these types complaint will make your company loose its importance.
