Hi,
This is to inform You that I am a consumer of Lenovo Smartphone K3 Note with IMEI No. 867970027751227 & MSN No. HA0E7U51. I bought it from Flipkart on 13 Oct 2015. It has a one year warranty on the device. On 15/03/2016 the device got a problem of No Network.So I Submitted my set to the Company Authorized service center Mobile Hub ,addressed 75/406, D.H.Road, Sagnik Appartment, at James long sarani, on 15/03/2016. Till then I don't get back my set. On 24/03/2016 service center told us that my set was ready. But when I reached the center i faced the same Issue .Then they told us that it was PCB fault so they need more time. After a weak on 01/04/2016 I called the center regarding my set. They told me once again the set is ready . So I visited the center once again and faced the same issue. And once again they said the same. After all of this now they are most reluctant . They doing nothing. I inform the whole matter to the Lenovo Smartphone company by telecall & Email.And claimed for replacement of the product.And they are also Reluctant.
So, I request you take some action against the service center & Lenovo Smartphone Company that , I get my Justice.
I hope you will do something , as you Know that, Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.
