purchased ajant wall clock from flipkart but after few days it started making noise. complained to flipkart but flipkart asked me to contact ajanta. i contacted ajanta they said they dont have customer service center in bhubaneswar. the distributor of ajanta asked me to pay Rs 250 to repair at local shop although the ajanta wall clock is in warranty. why should i pay when the product is in warranty ? neither flipkart nor ajanta resolving my issue. either exchange with a new one or refund my money
