Dear Sir,
I had purchased home kitcheN appliances online on dtd. 7th Feb.2021. Order no. 6729143. (stainless steel insulated 3 casseroles,1 flask 5 ltr dispenser, 1 ladle). I get a delivery on dtd. 10th Feb.2021 in damaaged condition. Same day i mail to care@ezmall.com with photographs.On 22nd Feb.2021 i geat a replacement, but this consignment recd.damaged condition, same day i send a mail with photographs. I sent a reminder on 228th Feb.2021, but till today no reply from the customer.
I request you to give me a refund or replacement of the purchased items.
