Complaint against Vi regarding Balance Deduction without any service

On 23 nov 2020 , Vi has deducted Rs 46 from my talktime without even informing , communicating , without my CONSENT , and i have recharged if Rs699 plan . And after ome day i have checked my balance and then came to know that money has been deducted. I have tried to reach to Customer support on call as well as via twitter but they did not resolve my problem. Neither validity has been added nor money has been refunded.
