Dear Sir

I had booked a karyotype test with DR lalPathlab for home collection,sample had been collected as on 27.09.2020 at 9:46 AM and reached at laboratory on 29.09.2020 at 12:33:36 which was more than 48 hrs of collection that's why my report was not upto the mark and mentioned that sample should reached within 48hrs of collection so repeat sample would help to report the analysis.
I have lost Rs. 3000/- as well as 15 Days waiting time.
