Defective Product and no Response for Replacement or Repair

I have purchased Aqua RO system from Jadlifatafat on 4th March online. During and after the Installation, the problem of Leakage continuously existed and the same was informed to the customer Care but there is no solution been given so far.. Even there are no signs of After Sales service also which is quite essential in this product.
