Customer care is not reponding

We bought Glen cooktop on 13/04/2019 from Best Price Lucknow, It is having 5 years of warranty for the burner.

There was a problem in the big burner last November 2019, then I complained to Glen customer care, there customer care agent came and changed the auto-ignition burner and installed manual burner.

Again it was creating the problem in Feb 2020, we contacted Glen customer care, their agent came on Saturday, he checked the stove and changed a part from the bottom and after that he said, he will come next day and he left.
Since then his mobile is switched off. We observe a gas leak from the stove but nobody is responding to our complaint.
