Dear team,
I had made spectacle form the sharma optical located in greater Noida. UP
I have purchase crizal lenses progressive and sale executive update that crizal is lenses best in world and scratch proof. But after use of seven months some scratch started appear on the both lenses. I visited to sharma optical to for the problem, he has clean the lenses and give back to me. But i have complain 2 to 3 time but no responses. I am not able to use that lenses.
Kindly look into matter asap and or replace the product.
I am not happy with service and product of crizal. regards
