Dear Sir / Mam,

I went to your service centre @ Bhubaneswar, regarding display issue of my cellphone ( model no - SAMSUNGMOB A800 GOLD & SL.NO- 353004070777979 ).
They'd told me it'll take unlimited time to repair & they don't have parts & some issues which take charges of Rs.8000/- . but this is absolutely unsatisfactory service which i get from you.
So now I wanna REPLACE / REFUND of my product which is cost of Rs.32,200.00/-. hope you help me out at earliest.
If you dn't take care of it or ignored, then I've to take help from consumer forum.
