Hi, we had booked room through oyo in goa.. Hotel north 39..when I called oyo customer service and asked for supervisor.. The call was transferred but I couldn't hear any opening and I asked if he was the supervisor.. He replied "who the hell are you".. And then in Hindi stated "agey bol".. I called to complain about the shower not working and no water in the room since 4hrs and this was the reply I got.. Is this how customers are treated in india.. I need action against that supervisor.. If calls are recorded it will be there.. Pathetic arrangements ritesh agarwal.. You need better trained staff
