complain against the distributor

The distributor didn't give us cylinder on time. My refill order date is 17-05-16. I didn't get the cylinder in june month and when I made the payment on 2-7-16 still they are saying that no cylinder is available we Will give you on 05-07-16. The distributor is not cooperating with the customers.My customer number is 3000017160 and order number is 2000016556. Please cooperate in this matter as the customer is senior citizen.
