Cheating in the chicken rate

Iam a resident of Hyderabad. I have shifted to kompally a month ago. From then i have been taking chicken from Sneha chicken stores. The store has Vencobb chiken and they put the rate for suguna chicken(which is costly). the shops name is sneha chicken mart. When i demand for an explanation they start arguing with me.
I kindly request jago grahak to lok into this matter.
