I HAVE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR FROM LG DEALER IN AGRA IN 2012 OCT AND APP 15 TO 20 DAYS BACK IT STOPPED WORKING . I MADE A COMPLAINT AND AS ON DATE LG INDIA IS NOT GIVING ANY THING IN WRITING AND ON THE CONTRARY THEY HAVE TAKEN MY OLD REFRIGERATOR AND TAKEN 14000 FOR REPLACEMENT OF SAME. I HAVE WRITTEN NUMBER OF MAILS MADE NUMBER OF COMPLAINT AT CALL CENTER THAT WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MACHINE BUT THEY NAEVER REPLIED AND INFORMED ME THIS IS NOT LG INDIA POLICY TO PROVIDE ANY THING IN WRITING TO CONSSUMER
