Charging of cold drink amount more than MRP

I went Dhanbad Railway Station area where i bought cold drink bottle and i was charged more than MRP in the name of freezing. I told them it is wrong, the shopkeeper cannot charge more than MRP. I was threatened by them and asked to leave.
