DEAR SIR,
I AM NITESH PRABHAKAR NAIK,AT KANHAN DIST-NAGPUR. I WAS ORDERED A FASTRACK WATCH ON 31 MARCH 2019 WORTH OF 486 RS ONLY BY NET BANKING.A RECEIVED A MESSAGE REGARDING PARCEL/WATCH DELIVERD ON 5TH APRIL BUT UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT RECEIVED AMY KIND OF PARCEL,MY SNAPDEAL ORDER HISTORY ALSO SHOWS THAT ORDER DILEVERD BUT TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED ORDER.
I WAS MAILED/COMPLAIN TO SNAPDEALS HELP CENTER EVERY DAY THEY GIVE ME DEADLINE OF 48 HOURS TO RESLOVED PROBLEM BUT NOT RESOLVED IT.
